Female Support Worker – Friendly, Reliable & Professional
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, friendly and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in a respectful and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in support work, but who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes initiative and can build a positive and trusting relationship with the participant.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support based on the participant’s individual needs and goals
- Assist with daily activities and community participation
- Encourage independence, confidence and social engagement
- Follow the participant’s support plan and agreed routines
- Take initiative to identify appropriate activities and opportunities
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Complete accurate shift notes and communicate important information to the coordination team
- Work collaboratively with the participant, family and other members of the support team

Pay: $34.44 – $45.28 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 20.0 per week
