About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, and caring individual to support a lady in her 40's in Joondalup area .

She is friendly, humorous, and full of personality. She enjoys music, community events, and swimming at the local pool. Support is required throughout the day at home and in the community, across all areas of daily living. Experience in personal care, hoisting, dysphagia, and mealtime management is essential.

This is a hands-on role where you will provide person-centered support tailored to her individual needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, compassionate support at home and in the community.
- Follow care plan and daily routines.
- Support with personal care and communication.
- Engage in fun, meaningful conversations.

About You You are resilient, patient, caring and dedicated. You enjoy connecting with people, creating positive experiences, and supporting others to live their best life.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

- Experience in person-centred care. Personal care, experience in dysphagia and hoisting.
- Ability to engage proactively and build strong relationships.

What You’ll Need Before Starting:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Completion (or willingness to complete) NDIS orientation modules.
- Willingness to undertake Dysphasia and Person-Centred training.
- Experience with personal care, hoisting, dysphagia.

Pay Rate: $38.60 - $77.03 per hour (casual)
