We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, with a particular focus on supporting clients in the North Eastern and outer Southern suburbs of Adelaide.

The Role

No two days are the same because no two participants have the same interests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Personal Support: Assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation, cleaning while maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect. This includes personal care, manual handling, continence management.

- Community Engagement: Accompanying participants to social outings, ensuring they remain connected to their community.

- Goal Achievement: Working closely with participants to identify and achieve their personal milestones.

- Tailored Care: Implementing individual support plans that truly reflect the unique needs and choices of each person.

What You Bring

- Empathy & Integrity: A genuine desire to build a relationship based on trust and respect.

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Home and Community Care, Mental Health) or equivalent.

- Experience in the disability or related sectors is valued but not essential. We care about who you are and what you bring than just what’s on paper.

- Compliance: Valid NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and current First Aid/CPR. Willingness to undertake other online training modules.

- Mobility: A valid SA Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle are essential for community-based shifts.
