Support Workers (Experienced)

Location: Brighton, St Kilda, Elsternwick

Pay Rate: AU$36.81 – AU$37.95 per hour

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate support workers to join our team. In this role, you will deliver vital, support programs across the Bayside area. What You’ll Be Doing Depending on each participant’s individual needs, your day-to-day role may include:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support

- Empowering participants to achieve their specific goals
- Facilitating community access and social participation
- Supporting daily living activities to promote independence
- Building positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants




- Encouraging confidence, personal choice, and greater autonomy
- Working collaboratively with families, primary carers, and other allied health professionals

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

- Qualifications: Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Licence: Current Victorian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle (essential).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.
