We are looking for a confident and engaging Swimming Instructor to join our team. The role centres on delivering high-quality swimming lessons while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. You’ll work with a wide range of ages and abilities, so strong communication and a flexible teaching style are essential.

About the Role

As a Swimming Instructor, you will run individual and group lessons focusing on stroke development, confidence in the water, and essential water-safety skills. You will be responsible for creating a safe learning workplace, keeping close supervision at all times, and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured swimming lessons that build technique, confidence, and water safety.
- Supervise participants closely and uphold all pool safety rules.
- Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to help swimmers improve.




- Communicate with participants, parents, and colleagues about progress or any concerns.

What We’re Looking For

- Current Swimming Instructor certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all ages and skill levels.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to adjust teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- A patient, enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
