City Venue Management (CVM) has been newly appointed to manage pools and leisure facilities across the City of Gold Coast. We're recruiting Swim Teachers across the following venues

- Gold Coast Aquatic Centre (Southport)
- Helensvale Aquatic Centre
- Miami Aquatic Centre
- Palm Beach Aquatic Centre
- Pimpama Sports Hub Aquatic Centre

About the Role

Deliver fun, engaging swim lessons for kids of all ages, building their confidence and water safety skills in a warm, welcoming environment for families. Shifts are generally 3–5 hours in the mornings and afternoons, with split shifts on offer. With CVM's 51 venues and counting, you can also pick up shifts across multiple sites. Casual work flexes around study or other commitments, or ask us for consistent, regular shifts.

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, confident people who love working with children and the community
- Reliable availability, whether a couple of shifts a week or more
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for the outdoors, fitness, or an active lifestyle — and just as keen to escape the traditional office setting as we are to have you on the team

Required (or Willing to Obtain)





- Swim Teacher and Water Safety Qualification
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- CPR
