About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join the Melbourne team, working across a range of apartment buildings, industrial and commercial structures. You'll be involved in the full design process — from concept through to construction documentation — working closely with architects, builders, and clients to deliver well-engineered, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake structural design and analysis for apartment, industrila and commercial building projects
- Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and design documentation
- Liaise with architects, builders, and other consultants throughout the design and construction phases
- Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC)




- Conduct site inspections as required during construction
- Support the preparation of fee proposals and project scopes
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Proven and local experience in structural design for apartments and/or commercial buildings (essential)
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, timber, steel and masonry
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. ETABS, Space Gass, RAPT)
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and project stakeholders
- CPEng/NER registration (or working towards) highly regarded
