- An experienced professional who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment, with a strong administrative background and the ability to navigate multiple systems, platforms, and processes simultaneously — picking up new tools and technologies quickly and confidently.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people — from students navigating complex enrolment decisions to staff and external partners. Leading every interaction with genuine care and empathy, treating people with respect and understanding.
- A natural problem-solver who can cut through complexity, comfortable interpreting intricate rules, policies, and legislation and translating that knowledge into clear, practical advice. When faced with a challenging situation, able to weigh up the options, draw sound conclusions, and make confident, well-reasoned decisions — escalating and providing recommendations to senior staff when needed.
- Equally at home working independently and as part of a collaborative team, investing in the relationships around you — with colleagues, students, partner institutions, and the broader university community.
- Genuinely committed to your own professional growth, staying curious and keeping up to date with changes in policy, systems, and sector practices, bringing that knowledge back to benefit your team and the students you support.
- Someone who cares — about doing the right thing, about the people you work with,

and about contributing to a workplace culture where everyone can thrive.
