Student Services Officer, Concordia Campus Highgate
Ongoing, 35 hours per week, 39 school term weeks plus one week at the beginning of the school year

The Student Services Officer role:
We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Student Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of Student Services, you will help ensure the area operates efficiently and provides a welcoming and responsive service to our College community.
The role is varied and includes First Aid responsibilities, supporting and providing direction to the Medical Support Officer, and providing general assistance to students, the Principal, School Leaders and staff as required.
You will play an important role in the daily management of student attendance, ensuring information is received, recorded and distributed accurately and efficiently. You will need to be confident managing multiple priorities, particularly during busy periods, while maintaining a calm,
friendly and professional approach.
Previous experience working in a school or educational environment will be highly regarded.
