We’re looking for a confident, proactive all-rounder who:

✅ Communicates clearly and respectfully

✅ Must speak English confidently for everyday communication and support documentation

✅ Works well as part of a team

✅ Can take initiative and help run a household

✅ Brings a positive, hands-on approach to support

Location: You must live within 15 km of Blaxland 2774

Work: Casual position, 30+ hours per week

Must be available to work night shifts — we share the nights across the team!
