Senior Client Manager Supervisor – Business Services

Are you a Senior Accountant ready to step up, or a Supervisor looking for a transparent path to Manager? This role offers client ownership, team leadership and growing advisory exposure.

THE FIRM A well-established 2 Partner accounting firm with 25 onshore staff and a growing offshore team. The firm provides Business Services, SMSF, Audit, Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, CFO and Advisory services.

THE ROLE

You will manage your own portfolio while reviewing work and supporting a small team.

- Manage clients, generally up to $10m turnover
- Exposure to larger clients up to $100m
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
- Review and mentor junior accountants
- Manage workflow and deadlines
- Attend client meetings and build relationships
- Gain exposure to advisory and CFO-style work
- Work with offshore teams

ABOUT YOU

- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years Australian public practice experience
- Business Services background
- Experience reviewing and/or mentoring
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge
- Confident dealing with clients
