The Opportunity

Manage daily rail and civil construction operations in South Australia. This full-time site role follows a 10:4 DIDO roster and combines workforce leadership, operational coordination and delegated engineering support.

Your Responsibilities

- Supervise construction teams and allocate plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Plan works to achieve programme and budget commitments.
- Resolve site engineering issues and support scoping and tender activities.
- Manage safety, environmental, quality and rail compliance controls.
- Oversee timesheets, workforce competencies, leave and development.
- Maintain reports on progress, costs, quality and contractual delivery.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

- Relevant Track Protected Working certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Rail track, signalling and overhead wiring construction experience.




- Experience developing renewal methods and supervising track activities.
- Strong planning and programming of track works.
- Experience managing substantial site and off-site workforces.
- Medical fitness for rail maintenance duties under the Level 1 High Level Safety Critical Worker classification.
- A C-class driver licence and First Aid training are preferred.
