responsibilities Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work instructions. Install cable tray, ladder, conduits, and other cable containment. Install, pull, identify and terminate power and control cables.

Install, connect and maintain electrical equipment, lighting, devices, switchboards and switchgear on industrial infrastructure, transmission and commercial projects. Carry out fault finding, diagnosis, repair and preventitive maintenance. Carry out inspection and electrical testing, and assist with commissioning.

Install and test earthing and bonding systems. Complete accurate test results, maintenance records and job documentation. Plan and coordinate assigned electrical tasks with the supervisor and other trades.

Check the quality of completed work. Qualification &

experience Trade qualifications as an Electrician (AQF Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician,



or a recognised overseas equivalent. Eligibility to obtain a NSW electrical licence. Relevant post-qualification experience as an Electrican on industrial or commercial projects.
