2 Partner firm has a team of 25 onshore, supported by a growing offshore team in the Philippines. The firm is made up of CA and CPA qualified accountants and offers Business Services, SMSF, Audit, Bookkeeping and Financial Planning, with a CFO and advisory service that is growing fast. It has a close-knit, professional culture where accountants are involved directly with clients.

THE ROLE

As Supervisor / Client Manager you will look after your own portfolio of business clients and lead a small team. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers of up to $10 million
- Chance to work on clients up to $100 million
- Industry exposure including medical and allied health, professional services, management letting rights and primary production
- Preparing and reviewing compliance and advisory work
- Attending client meetings and building strong client relationships
- Contributing to advisory and CFO-style engagements as the service grows THE BENEFITS

- Hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Regular client contact and exposure to advisory work

ABOUT YOU

- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years of Australian public practice experience in Business Services
- Experience reviewing work and supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Confident dealing with clients and attending client meetings
- Experience working with offshore teams highly regarded
