Role Description This full time, on-site Supervisor role is based in Sydney, NSW. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role involves leading and coaching team members, coordinating shifts, monitoring performance, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Supervisor will manage customer service standards, resolve escalated issues,



and ensure that guests receive a consistent, high-quality experience. This position also supports sales and promotional activities, monitors KPIs, and collaborates with management to implement operational improvements and achieve store targets.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail, convenience, or quick service restaurant supervision or team leadership.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and team motivation.
- Solid customer service capabilities, with experience handling escalations and delivering high service standards.
- Operational skills in cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with safety and company policies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills, including use of point-of-sale systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, integrity, and a respectful, non-discriminatory environment.
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-brand retail environments is highly regarded.
- Relevant certificate or qualification in retail, business, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
