About Your Role QAL has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor - Maintenance Planning to join our Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Asset Maintenance Superintendent, this role supports our Safe, Secure and Sustainable vision by:

- Leading the planning and scheduling maintenance activities for equipment and systems within the refinery to enable resource productivity and production capability
- Provide Governance to the Work Management Process across the Refinery ensuring standardisation, alignment and improvement in practices
- Develop the capability of the maintenance planning team and stakeholders in Work management through coaching, facilitating training and creating opportunities for development.
- Lead and drive maintenance KPI Deep Dives, Deliver on improvements
- Oversight of budget development, forecasting and reporting

What You Will Bring To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement in all aspects of your work
- A natural desire to lead, provide governance across and improve maturity in work management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and build trust across teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management practices, leading teams and implementing process improvements across multiple stakeholders




- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, SAP and other Maintenance Systems
- Experience in developing and forecasting large operational budgets
