Our client is a leading provider of cleaning and facility services, employing thousands of cleaners and facility service employees nationwide. They are in a growth phase and with that have created a new vacancy for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Business Partner who knows that recruitment is more than filling vacancies. Reporting to Head of People and Culture, you'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, building workforce strategies, attracting quality talent, and ensuring the business has the right people in the right roles at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partnering with operational and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring challenges.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume cleaning staff, as well as individual senior leadership and corporate roles.
- Building talent pipelines before vacancies arise.
- Developing innovative attraction and sourcing strategies in competitive labour markets.
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Driving employer branding initiatives and improving candidate experience.
- Supporting workforce planning, retention and succession initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and deliver better outcomes for the business.

What We're Looking For





- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR partnering roles.
- Ability to support and lead both volume and individual recruitment campaigns
- Proven success recruiting within cleaning, facilities management, security, logistics or other service-based industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence leaders.
- Strong understanding of contemporary sourcing tools, ATS platforms and recruitment best practice.
