We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to do more than fill vacancies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding great people, building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to make better hiring decisions.

You will work closely with our Domain Leads and Founders to recruit exceptional technology professionals across our growing business, with a particular focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, Data & AI, Cloud and consulting.

What you will do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define role briefs and agree effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source, engage and build relationships with passive technology candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across current and future hiring needs
- Recruit across technical domains including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI and Cloud
- Conduct structured interviews and capability assessments while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage multiple concurrent searches and keep hiring processes moving at pace
- Provide hiring managers and founders with regular pipeline updates, market insights and recommendations




- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities, events and referral networks to identify and engage talent
- Manage offers, negotiations, pre-employment checks and candidate communications through to Day 1 handover

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition / recruitment
- Strong experience recruiting technical, IT or technology roles
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple searches across different technical domains
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working at pace
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes, ATS discipline and candidate experience

Nice to have

- Experience recruiting within the Microsoft ecosystem or technology consulting
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI or Cloud
- Experience recruiting senior or specialist technology consultants
- Experience contributing to Employer Brand, EVP or recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting
