This is an prospect to join a high-performing finance function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's tax reporting, compliance and governance activities.

Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Group Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a broad range of tax accounting, reporting and compliance responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing and reviewing tax provisions, deferred tax calculations and tax effect accounting
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting requirements
- Managing corporate tax, GST/VAT and other tax compliance obligations
- Coordinating with external advisers,



auditors and internal finance stakeholders
- Maintaining tax governance documentation and compliance records
- Supporting tax audits, regulatory requirements and special projects
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and assisting with their development
- Identifying opportunities to improve tax processes, controls and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience within Big 4, mid-tier or a large corporate tax environment
- Strong tax accounting and reporting experience, including tax effect accounting and deferred tax
- Exposure to multinational tax compliance and IFRS reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
