/n Haysare currently seeking experienced and qualified chefs for a variety ofopportunities across the Townsville region, including FIFO/DIDO mine site positions and local hospitality and catering roles .

/n Your New Role

/n Depending on theposition, your duties may include:

/n

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

/n

- Menu preparation and stock control

/n

- Working collaboratively with kitchen teams

/n

- Catering for large volumes in mining village or commercial kitchen settings

/n

- Ensuring all kitchen operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements

/n
What You'll Need to Succeed /n
/n

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

/n

- Previous experience as a Chef in hospitality,



catering, mining, remote village, or similar environments

/n

- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

/n

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

/n

- Current driver's licence preferred

/n
For mine sitepositions, you must also be able to:/n
/n

- Pass a pre-employment medical

/n

- Pass a National Police Check

/n

- Complete any required inductions prior to mobilisation

/n
