Cooma Automotive (previously High Country Automotive) is looking for a superstar Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our busy service department!

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service in our Dealership! You'll be the Service Centre's "Director of First Impressions", which means regardless of how busy you are, you'll always be personable and positive.

You'll be the key link between our customers and our Service Centre, responsible for managing the customer journey, identifying their needs, communicating repair and maintenance requirements, and ensuring every customer receives an amazing experience.
Key responsibilities /n
/n
- Managing all incoming calls with a positive and welcoming manner
/n
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and warm manner
/n
- Checking in customers' cars and accurately documenting concerns and requirements
/n
- Liaising with the Service Centre team, and providing customers with explicit updates on the job progress, costs and completion times
/n
- Preparing job cards and repair orders
/n
About you /n
/n
- Great written and verbal communication skills
/n
- Previous 'face to face' customer service experience
/n
- An affinity or interest in cars and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to the customer
/n
- The ability to work well in a team environment
/n
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
/n
- A happy & enthusiastic nature with the ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
