About the Role
/n We’re looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital.
/n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
/n
/n What you'll be doing: /n • Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their owners
/n • Managing client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email
/n • Supporting the day to day appointment and admission schedule
/n • Completing general administration and clerical duties
/n • Taking payments and managing invoices and accounts
/n • Ensuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organised
/n • Assisting across different areas of the hospital as required
/n • Working collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care
/n
What We're Looking For
/n • Previous reception or customer service experience is essential
/n • Veterinary industry reception experience highly regarded but not essential
/n • Strong administrative and organisational skills
/n • Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach
/n • Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
/n • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
/n • A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
/n • A team first mindset and commitment to contributing to a supportive workplace culture
/n • A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
/n
