We’re looking for a dynamic Part time Assistant Store Manager to join our 2XU ECQ team in NSW and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.
/n
/n
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, coaching and developing the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be hands-on across day-to-day operations, inventory, visual merchandising and sales, while helping create a high-performing and positive team environment.
/n
/n
What You’ll Be Doing:
/n
/n
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
/n
- Lead by example and deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
/n
- Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, inventory, stock management and store presentation
/n
- Coach, motivate and develop team members through hands-on leadership
/n
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is consistently presented to a high standard
/n
- Assist with achieving sales targets and maintaining strong operational standards
/n
- Step up and take ownership of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
/n
/n
/n
What You’ll Bring:
/n
/n
- Previous retail leadership, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or senior retail experience essential
/n
- A genuine passion for health,
fitness and high-performance apparel
/n
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
/n
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs
/n
- Experience with rostering, stock management and day-to-day store operations
/n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
/n
- Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to make a real impact
/n
- Flexibility to work a part-time roster of around 26 hours, including a Sunday
/n
