Seddon Physiotherapy is seeking a Part Time to join our team in Yarraville/Seddon. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking for adaptable, part-time work in a supportive clinical environment. As a Part Time Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality patient care, contribute to our clinical team's success, and help us maintain our commitment to evidence-based rehabilitation services.
This part-time position offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and recovery.
Key responsibilities /n
/n
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
/n
- Deliver physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation
/n
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed to optimise recovery outcomes
/n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
/n
- Communicate effectively with patients,
carers and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and progress
/n
- Provide patient education and advice on injury prevention, self-management strategies and home exercise programmes
/n
- Support the clinic team in maintaining a professional, welcoming and hygienic treatment environment
/n
- Contribute to clinic operations and collaborate with other physiotherapists and healthcare staff
/n
What we’re looking for /n
/n
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
/n
- Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
/n
- Demonstrated clinical experience in physiotherapy practice, with ability to assess and treat a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
/n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
/n
- Sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment strategies
