The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks , you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, develop a high‑performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Job Description /n
To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
/n
We’d love to hear from people who have:
/n
/n
- A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience , including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
/n
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
/n
- The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
/n
- Previous experience in store leadership roles , ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
/n
- Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
/n
- Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
/n
- A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
/n
