Task & Responsibilities

/n
/n

- Participate in Neo Xam Data Hub/lBOR and Neo Xam Impress implementations at some of the world's leading and most respected financial organizations

/n
/n





- Implement the software by carrying out Neo Xam Datahub/lBOR/lmpress software customization, workflow definition and optimization using Neo Xam cutting edge technology platform

/n
/n

- Provide support in troubleshooting, and identifying and resolving any installation and implementation problems to the client's satisfaction within established time frames

/n
/n

- Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, Neo Xam software knowledge and industry experience • Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with the appropriate Neo Xam departments and colleagues as needed

- Communicate Neo Xam's offerings to clients and identify new opportunities to grow client sales/services and better meet client needs • Participate in client support efforts

- Assist with presales initiatives as needed

/n
/n

- Provide project reports to Neo Xam management and clients upon request

/n
/n

- Continuously keep up to date with Neo Xam Data Hub and/or Neo Xam IBOR and/or Neo Xam Impress functional and technical features and improvements

/n
/n

- Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client's satisfaction within established time frames

/n
/n

- Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration /scripting/ design guidelines

/n
/n

- Analyze the clients' needs,



accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients' requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project

/n
/n

- Provide project management leadership under the responsibility of the Account Manager or Project Director

/n
/n

- Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients

/n
/n

- Provide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc

/n

/n

/n

Qualification & Experience

/n
/n

- Minimum 5 years of Data management experience

/n
/n

- Mandatory 1-year minimum working experience on Neo Xam Datahub and/or Neo Xam Impress

/n
/n

- Engineering or Business school, Degree/ Master's degree or equivalent

/n
/n

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with Financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking/ financial industry.

/n
/n

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience of a development language (Java, C, C++ ... ) is required to be capable of writing rules in scripting language

/n
/n

- Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language

/n
/n

- Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes

/n
/n

- Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others

/n
/n

- Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives

/n
/n

- Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle

/n
/n

- Independent, with own initiative and positive interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided

/n
/n

- Proactive and a real team player

/n
/n

- Fluent in English
