Daly Waters Pub is looking for an experienced, hands-on Hospitality Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our iconic Northern Territory pub and accommodation business. Working closely with ownership and current staff management, you will be responsible for keeping the business running efficiently and maintaining the high level of service Daly Waters Pub is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Overall day-to-day operation of the pub and accommodation
- Leading, managing and inspiring staff
- Staff recruitment, training and performance management
- Preparing and managing staff rosters
- Stock control and ordering
- Managing suppliers and deliveries
- Bar operations and RSA RGA compliance
- Accommodation and guest services
- Cash handling, banking and daily reconciliations
About you
- Previous pub, hotel, motel, roadhouse or hospitality management experience
- Strong bar and hospitality experience
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- Experience with ordering and stock control
- Strong rostering and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
