- Maintaining standards across food and beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO.
- Coaching team members and creating a positive team culture.
- Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintaining liquor, gaming, food safety and workplace safety standards.
About you
You'll bring supervisory experience in a busy pub, hotel, club or similar licensed venue. You're confident making decisions on shift, supporting your team and stepping in wherever needed. Experience with gaming, TAB or KENO would be particularly valuable.
You'll need current Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications, with any additional required training completed before starting. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
