About the role

You are employed on a casual basis with permanent full time progression for the right person. In the position of Marketing Assistant for Tru Blu Solar Co.

Key responsibilities

- Calling marketing qualified leads to understand their needs and educate them about Tru Blu Solar Co's products, services and installation process

- Assessing lead suitability against the Employer's qualification criteria and converting marketing qualified leads into qualified sales leads

- Following up and warming leads, addressing initial questions and coordinating timely handovers to the sales team with clear notes on customer needs and readiness

- Updating CRM records accurately and promptly, including contact details, communication history, qualification information, lead status and agreed next steps

- Recording accurate lead conversion data, including progression from marketing qualified leads to qualified sales leads and relevant outcomes - managed through our CRM

- Reporting regularly to management on conversion rates, lead warming activity, outcomes, common objections and opportunities for improvement - relevant training provided

- Reviewing and optimising lead warming playbooks,



call scripts and pitch angles in line with the Employer's approved messaging and customer feedback - as you progress with your competency

- Working closely with the sales team to obtain feedback on lead quality and the lead warming process, and using that feedback to improve qualification and handovers

- Assisting the content creator with content ideas, customer insights, preparation, coordination and other content production tasks as reasonably required

About you

- Demonstrated customer communication, lead qualification and CRM record management skills

- A current driver's licence only where driving is required for assigned dutie

- Ongoing lawful work rights in Australia

- Work efficiently and proactively without constant supervision or reminders

- Take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently where possible

- Maintain a high standard of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy in customer communications, CRM records and reporting

- Contribute positively to the team and workplace culture
