Take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a great team? This could be the perfect fit for you.
At The Point Coolum Beach, our housekeepers are at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll be working alongside a friendly, professional team to ensure our beautiful villas are presented to the highest standard — every single time.
We create space for our guests to slow down and enjoy the easy-going Coolum lifestyle. Behind the scenes, that means thoughtful details, high standards, and people who genuinely care about doing a great job.

- Every shift worked with others — no solo cleans
- Preparing villas for arriving guests to a consistently high standard
- A physical, active role where attention to detail matters
- Variety of room types across villas, gardens and outlooks — no two days are the same
- Shifts are available immediately, with regular work during peak periods.
