About the Position:

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of the firm, contributing to both its strategic growth and day-to-day efficiency. Working closely with legal professionals, you’ll ensure a seamless client journey while managing the administrative, operational, and HR aspects of the firm. Your leadership will help maintain the supportive and approachable atmosphere the firm is known for, while driving processes that enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in office or practice management, ideally within the legal sector.
