PUMPD Concrete & Shotcrete is a small, owner-run crew based in Caloundra. We run line pumps and spray wet-mix shotcrete for pool builders, basement builders, councils and civil contractors. We're hiring two roles: Shotcrete hand sprayer (nozzleman) and Line pump operator.
Key responsibilities
- Pool shells for regular builder clients across the Sunshine Coast
- Basement shoring walls and retaining walls
- Civil drainage, channel lining and batter stabilisation for councils and head contractors
- Some regional and night work
About you
- White Card and current driver's licence
- MR licence or higher (HR highly regarded)
- Sprayers: hand-spray shotcrete experience (pool or structural)
- Pump operators: line pump experience or will train the right person
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Reliable, and keeps a clean site
About us
You'll work directly with the owner, who has 10+ years of pumping and spraying experience and is still involved on every job. Small crew, no layers of management, and a steady mix of residential and civil work, so you're not stuck spraying the same thing every day.
