My client is a boutique CA firm, located in the heart of the CBD. The business provide services in accounting, taxation, SMSF, and financial planning. They service clients across an array of industries with a strong footprint in professional services and family group clients.
The practice is led by 2 down-to-earth and genuine Partners, both with 20 + years experience in the industry. They have a close knit team of 4, which includes a Senior Accountant, SMSF Specilaist, Junior Accountant and an Administrator.
They are now seeking an experienced business services and tax accountant to join their team in a part-time capacity. This role will help support the production of compliance work, to give the partners more capacity for relationships management and advisory work.
The ideal arrrangement would be 3-days per week. However there can be flexibility with start and finish times or to spread the hours across more days (i.e. 5-days school hours). There is also the option for hybrid work arrangements, with a minimum of 1 day per week required in-office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, friendly, and relaxed boutique firm.
All the existing staff have been with the business for many years, so they've rarely had to recruit. This is not somewhere you’ll be micro-managed or pushed for long hours – but an workplace where your contribution will be valued. Both Partners have young families and understand the importance of balance.
The firm uses MYOB as their practice software so prior experience with this would be highly advantageous.
