Solace Sleep and Medical Group is an Australian, family-owned, NDIS-registered business supplying premium adjustable beds, pressure-care mattresses and lift chairs nationally.

We are seeking an established, commercially minded professional who wants the independence of running their own business, control over their performance, and the opportunity to earn based on results.

You will represent quality products through premium exhibition displays in leading shopping centres across Australia, backed by established marketing and our own delivery and installation teams.

The Chance

This is an independent contractor role for someone who can influence decisions, build trust, and guide customers to the right solution.

You will help customers make informed choices that improve sleep, comfort and mobility. We focus on value and customer outcomes, not discount-driven selling.

Our customer offering also includes genuine interest-free payment options powered by Humm, helping eligible customers manage their purchase and supporting your ability to convert genuine sales opportunities.

National Travel Is Essential

You will typically work four-week interstate rotations, with breaks between placements, committing to a minimum of eight rotations annually.

Consistent national travel is fundamental, not occasional. This role suits someone whose personal circumstances comfortably accommodate extended periods away from home.

- The flexibility to commit to regular interstate rotations.

Your Business Structure

A Pty Ltd company is preferred. We can assist the successful applicant with the registration process if required. As a contractor, you will need appropriate business and insurance arrangements.
