Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. This milestone has been underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, designed to deliver approximately 80–90% renewable energy penetration and support Bellevue’s position as a low-carbon gold producer.

Joining our newly formed Paste Plant team, you'll be responsible working safely to operate the newly commissioned Paste Plant, whilst ensuring the paste production is quality and able to meet the underground demands. Part of a close-knit team,



you'll also monitor the plant performance, and complete routine inspections and contribute to the reliable operation of the overall paste system The roster for this role is 8 days on, 6 days off.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Operate the paste plant and associated equipment in a protected and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control paste production processes, including batching, mixing and pumping activities.
- Ensure paste fill is produced and delivered in accordance with specified quality and operational requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and infrastructure, identifying and reporting defects or abnormalities.
- Complete daily operational checks and record production data accurately.
- Maintain paste plant housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain safe and compliant.
- Respond to operational issues and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with plant start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.
- Support planned maintenance activities and perform minor maintenance tasks within competency levels.
- Monitor reagent, binder and aggregate consumption and report shortages as required.
- Adhere to all site safety, environmental and operational procedures.
- Participate in risk assessments, safety meetings and toolbox talks.




- Report hazards, incidents and near misses promptly and contribute to corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with underground operators, supervisors and maintenance personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving safety, reliability and plant performance.
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain and improve competency levels.
- Carry out all tasks as directed by the leading hand and /or shift supervisor

Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:

- Previous experience working as a Paste Crew Operator
- Previous metalliferous processing experience desirable
- Well-developed time management skills - ability to manage and priorities several tasks at once
- Excellent word processing and MS Office skills
