Farmers Choice Meats is a family-owned wholesale meat processing and distribution company, proudly specialising in pork and beef. Due to continued business growth, we're seeking committed and capable HR Truck Driver / Meat Lumpers to join our logistics team.
This is a full-time, physically active role, delivering carcass and carton meat to our customers across Southeast Queensland. You’ll be joining a close-knit, professional business that values reliability, safety and operate with honesty, integrity, and teamwork at our core.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving HR-class trucks to deliver meat products to butchers and wholesalers
- Handling carcass and carton meat – this is a hands-on role, not just driving
- Working early shifts (between 1am and 5am starts), Monday to Friday
- Representing Farmers Choice Meats with professionalism, punctuality, and care
✅ What You Need:
- Current HR Truck Licence (mandatory)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Reliable and punctual – this is non-negotiable
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Bonus if you have:
- Experience in refrigerated transport or meat/lumping industries
- A good knowledge of delivery routes around SE QLD

- Full-time position with job security
- Explicit wage progression based on training and performance:
- Starting: $76,856 + Super
- After training & competency: $84,760 + Super
- After 12 months: $92,820 + Super
