Tassie Tours Tasmania is gearing up for the upcoming season, and we're looking for experienced, enthusiastic and professional tour guides to join our growing team. We're after people who know their way around Tasmania, enjoy sharing its stories, and understand what it takes to deliver an outstanding guest experience. From spectacular natural landscapes and local food and drink to Tasmania's fascinating history, no two days are quite the same.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences across a range of destinations, experiences and tour products
- Share Tasmania's stories, landscapes and attractions with visitors from around the world
- Work independently and adapt to changing conditions
- Maintain strong commitment to safety and professional service
- Operate tours and vehicles in accordance with all relevant licences, permits and qualifications
About you
- Experienced tour guides with a genuine passion for Tasmania
- Fully licensed and ready to hit the road for the upcoming season
- Hold all relevant, current licences, permits and qualifications required for the tours and vehicles you'll be operating
- Previous tour guiding experience and immediate seasonal readiness are essential
- Confident,
engaging communicators who enjoy working with people from all over the world
- Reliable, professional and organised individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong local knowledge and the ability to bring Tasmania's stories, landscapes and attractions to life
- Ability to work independently, think on their feet and adapt to changing conditions
