We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily dealership operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an excellent customer experience. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer relations, and contributing to business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and provide outstanding customer service.
- Support recruiting, training, and mentoring dealership employees.
- Monitor financial performance and meet dealership profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance employee productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety standards.
- Assist in planning marketing strategies and dealership events.

About You

- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in dealership management software and tools (e.g., Pentana, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve set goals.
