What Does the Role Involve?

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of ensuring our clinics run smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and creating a positive, friendly first impression.

- Managing patient bookings, registrations and enquiries.

- Answering phone calls and assisting patients with their appointments.

- Working alongside our radiographers, sonographers, radiologists and administration team.

- Assisting with Medicare billing, payments and general administration.

- Helping maintain an organised and efficient reception environment.

Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with medical terminology or billing – we'll provide training!

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned about what's on your resume and more interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Basic computer skills and confidence learning current systems.

Previous experience in reception, retail, hospitality, customer service or medical administration is an advantage, but absolutely not essential.
