Chef – Busy Club Operation – Ipswich

CSI Club Services Ipswich is seeking a talented, team oriented and energetic Casual Chef to join the catering team. The successful applicant will be rewarded with up to 38 hours per week, however, must be willing to work a flexible weekly roster including a combination of days, nights and weekends (including public holidays) in this busy catering operation within one of the largest licensed clubs in North Ipswich. The successful applicant will report directly to the Head Chef.

CSI Club Services Ipswich is looking for an industry professional with the following skills and experience:

- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a high pressure / high volume kitchen environment

- Display a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative





- Solid attention to detail and ability to perform at a consistently high level

- High standard of personal presentation, grooming and personal hygiene

- Willingness to receive directions while also delivering positive communication

- Proven ability to work autonomously or within a diverse team environment

- Strong adherence to quality control, cost control and product delivery

- Strong adherence to food standards, operating procedures, WHS and regulatory guidelines
