ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be contacting Australian businesses over the phone, offering advertising opportunities in our community-focused publications.

Our publications help raise awareness of important community issues while giving local businesses the opportunity to promote their services and support worthwhile causes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to Australian businesses.

- Presenting our advertising and community sponsorship opportunities.

- Building rapport, handling objections and closing sales.

- Following up interested prospects and securing bookings.

- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM.





We provide the leads and sales tools – you bring the experience and drive to succeed!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.

You’ll be someone who:

- Is confident cold calling and speaking with business owners.

- Knows how to handle objections and close sales.

- Is self-motivated, reliable and results-driven.

- Enjoys working towards targets and being rewarded for performance.

- Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Previous experience selling advertising space in charity journals, community publications or similar fundraising-related campaigns will be a distinct advantage.

Experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, sponsorship sales or telephone fundraising will also be highly regarded.
