The Company

Well-established builder developer who have a well established presence around the Western Suburbs are looking for an ambitious Foreman to join their latest high rise developments.

They are currently one of the largest and most successful apartment builder operating in Sydney.

They have won multiple awards and employ some of the best construction professional at the senior management level.

The Role

You will be joining an experienced and very well resourced project team on a 200 apartment high rise development.

As a Site Foreman you will be directly reporting to an experienced Site Manager and General Foreman and will be responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:

- Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures in office

- Trade sequencing

- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame

- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers,



and materials deliveries.

- Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for the role of Foreman you will require:

- Previous experience with on mixed use developments / Class 2 Projects.

- 5 years experience as a Site Foreman on large scale apartment developments

- Trade qualification as a Carpenter or Construction Management Degree

- Sound knowledge of the Australian construction and very good Document Control skills

- Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour

- Drive and focus to progress career

- Demonstrate leadership skills
