Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Home Caring Team!

Are you a compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Worker looking for rewarding work, varied shifts and a supportive team that values what you do?

Home Caring Tranmere is growing, and we're looking for dedicated Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to join our team!

We are currently recruiting for multiple support worker vacancies across Adelaide's Southern, Central and Northern Suburbs, providing personalised care and support to older Australians and people living with disability.

Whether you enjoy providing one-on-one in-home care, supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), or working with people who have complex physical, psychosocial or behavioural support needs, we have a range of opportunities to suit different skills, experience and availability.

We welcome applications from Support Workers with experience in aged care, disability, mental health, complex care and community support.

Available Shifts & Work Opportunities

We offer a variety of support arrangements, including:

- 1:1 Individual Support – Personalised care and assistance in participants' homes and the community.

- 2:1 Support – Working alongside another Support Worker to provide safe, coordinated care for participants with higher or more complex support needs.

- Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) – Supporting participants in shared and individual living environments.

- 24/7 Care Arrangements – Day, afternoon, evening, active overnight and passive overnight shifts.

- In-Home Aged Care & Disability Support – Assisting clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

- Shorter & Longer Shifts – A combination of shorter community and in-home visits, extended shifts and ongoing rostered support.

- Weekday & Weekend Opportunities – Shifts across a seven-day roster, including opportunities to cover planned leave and additional vacancies.

With a mix of shorter and longer shifts, we aim to match available opportunities with your experience, skills and availability, while meeting our clients' individual support needs.
