Assistant Manager – The Lucky Hotel

The Lucky Hotel is looking for an Assistant Manager who knows how to lead from the front, keep the energy high and make a busy venue look effortless.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the action, loves people and knows that great hospitality is all about getting the details right — even when the place is absolutely pumping.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, helping drive people, performance, operations and culture across the venue.

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, bring ideas to the table and turn them into action.

Ideas? Backed.
Initiative? Encouraged.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Driving revenue and smashing venue targets

- Keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently

- Maintaining high standards across F&B;, service and guest experience

- Ensuring compliance, safety and operational standards are on point

- Coaching, developing and motivating the team

- Leading across F&B;, events, gaming, security, maintenance, and cash management

- Building a team culture people actually want to be part of

- Being hands-on and jumping in wherever the venue needs you

This is a lead-from-the-front role. You’ll be on the floor, making decisions, solving problems, supporting your team and making sure The Lucky delivers every single shift.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re confident, proactive and calm when things get chaotic.

You know how to hold a high standard without sucking the fun out of hospitality. You can make a call when it needs to be made,



back your team and keep the wheels turning when the venue is firing.

You’ll bring:

- 1+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager in a large or multifaceted venue

- Strong operational F&B; experience

- A solid understanding of hospitality compliance

- Robust communication and decision-making skills

- A genuine passion for people and developing teams

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

- Plenty of personality

And yes, a cheeky smile while running a tight ship definitely gets bonus points.
