About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a full time role ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and capable of managing a busy front desk. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of our practice and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients with a welcoming attitude

- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately

- Process billing and handle payments

- Answer phone inquiries and manage communications efficiently

- Assist in administrative tasks to support the practice's daily operations

About you

- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical reception experience

- Prior experience as a medical receptionist

- Knowledge of Genie medical practice software

- Excellent communication and customer service skills





- Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a rapid-paced environment

- Australian work rights are required for this position
