We are seeking a talented Brand Manager - Wholesale Clothing to join Jemma Co Pty Ltd in Port Melbourne, Victoria. This is a full time position offering an exciting opportunity to drive brand strategy, manage key wholesale relationships and lead commercial initiatives within the fast-paced clothing and fashion sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners whilst developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth across the wholesale channel. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our brands within the wholesale market and ensuring consistent brand messaging and product placement across all distribution points.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the wholesale clothing market
- Manage relationships with key wholesale accounts, distributors and retail partners to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify new wholesale opportunities and support business development activities to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform brand strategy and product development
- Manage promotional campaigns and seasonal launches specifically designed for the wholesale market
- Analyse sales data and market performance metrics to evaluate brand health and identify areas for improvement
- Support the development of sales materials, product catalogues and marketing collateral for wholesale use
- Maintain accurate records of wholesale accounts, sales pipelines and relationship management activities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in brand management, account management or relationship management within the wholesale clothing or fashion industry
- Strong understanding of the wholesale fashion market, distribution channels and retail dynamics
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term business relationships with wholesale partners
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data, trends and financial performance
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective brand and commercial strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A passion for fashion, clothing brands and understanding of consumer preferences within this sector
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, fashion or related discipline (preferred but not essential)
