About the role

This is a casual position working every Saturday and Sunday, with the potential for additional weekday shifts. You'll be helping customers choose some of the most meaningful pieces of jewellery they'll ever own, from engagement rings and wedding bands to special gifts and everyday pieces. You'll also be involved in the day-to-day running of the showroom, customer follow-ups, processing orders and general administration. As you become familiar with our products and systems, you'll have the opportunity to take responsibility for independently opening, closing and managing the showroom.

Key responsibilities

- Help customers choose jewellery pieces and provide exceptional customer experience

- Process orders and handle customer follow-ups

- Perform general administration tasks

- Assist with day-to-day running of the showroom

- Open, close and manage the showroom independently as you become familiar with systems

- Use quieter periods productively through customer follow-ups, stock organisation and system updates

About you

- Previous jewellery retail experience is essential, ideally with fine jewellery, diamonds or engagement rings

- A confident, personable salesperson who knows how to build relationships, understand customer needs and close sales

- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach

- Tech-savvy and confident using computers, digital systems and online tools





- Proactive and self-motivated, able to see what needs to be done without constant direction

- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities

- Saturday (10am-4pm) and Sunday (10am-3pm) availability every week is essential

- Willing to complete a police background check as part of recruitment
