Baker's Haven in Kingaroy is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Baker or Baker's Assistant to join our team. Whether you're a qualified baker with commercial experience or someone looking to get started in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated team member to assist with day-to-day baking and production operations at Baker's Haven. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may work independently as a qualified baker or support the baking team as a Baker's assistant.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, mixing and handling dough, fillings and other ingredients
- Baking and preparing a range of bread, cakes and other bakery products
- Operating baking equipment and machinery safely
- Monitoring baking times, temperatures and product quality
- Assisting with portioning, shaping, decorating and finishing baked goods
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the bakery
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production requirements
