We’re on the hunt for casual chefs to join our team — a Fryer Chef and a Pizza Chef — at one of Perth’s best waterfront hospitality venues.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
? Pizza Chef
- Experience working a pizza station
- Confident stretching and shaping dough
- Robust understanding of pizza preparation and cooking
- Fast, consistent and able to keep quality high during busy services
? Fryer Chef
- Experience working a fryer station in a busy kitchen
- Confident cooking fried food quickly and consistently
- Strong understanding of timing, oil management and food safety
- Able to stay cool, organised and efficient when the tickets start flying
FOR BOTH ROLES
- A outstanding attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Fast hands and a cool head under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed
- High standards of food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Solid understanding of OHS and food safety
- Impeccable grooming and hygiene
CASUAL HOURS WITH ROOM TO GROW
These are casual positions, with the opportunity for up to 38 hours per week during peak periods, particularly as we head into the festive season and summer.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
- Must be available across public holidays and peak periods
- Strong availability required through the festive season and summer
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy weeks
- Reliability is essential — we need chefs who can commit to their rostered shifts
