Position: All Rounder with Food and Beverage Experience

Employment Type: Seasonal Contract

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House All-Rounder.

The successful applicant will be provided with accommodation in our purpose-built staff quarters and meals while working their rostered days.



The position is based on a standard 40-hour working week with the potential for additional hours during peak season and busy periods when guest numbers increase.

Having your own vehicle is recommended to explore the surrounding region on days off, including Litchfield National Park and Dundee Beach.

The Front of House All-Rounder role will involve a variety of duties, including:

- Food and beverage service across our restaurant and bar.

- Preparing and serving cocktails; wine knowledge and food pairing experience are an advantage.

- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly, qualified manner.

- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation while wearing the uniforms provided.

- Clearing tables and assisting with kitchen duties as required.

- Assisting the housekeeping team with cleaning and preparing guest suites as required

- Cleaning the restaurant, bar, kitchen and lodge grounds as needed.

- Working independently and as part of a small team.

- Assisting the manager with general administrative duties as required.

- Completing other duties as directed by management.

The position will require the following certificates:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and First Aid Certificate or equivalent.
